CIL conducts soft skills workshop with Hernando High School students!

On the 17th of January, Andrea Melvin from the Ocala office conducted a soft skills workshop on Teamwork with “Project Looking Ahead” students at Hernando High School. The students worked in groups to build the tallest structure possible using only dry spaghetti and marshmallows. Everyone worked together and had a lot of fun! Team 3 made the tallest structure and they each received some sweet treats as a prize!
