Modify a Request

If you would like to modify an existing request, please send an email to interpreting@cilncf.org with as many of the following details of the original request as possible, stating what modification(s) you would like to make: 

Original Request:
• Appointment date
• Appointment time
• Length
• Client/patient name
• Name of facility/clinic
• Facility/clinic address
• Location phone number

Reschedule a Request

If you would like to reschedule the date of interpreting services, please first cancel the existing request, then submit a request for the new date and time.

Cancel a Request

If you would like to cancel an existing request, you can do so by following the directions at the bottom of the “Request Approved” email.

If you do not have a “Request Approved” email, please send an email to interpreting@cilncf.org with as many of the following details as possible, stating that you would like to cancel the request:

• Length
• Client/patient name
• Name of facility/clinic
• Facility/clinic address
• Location phone number
